Matthieu Girier, Director of Human Resources at the CHI de Créteil, along with Marie-Claude Messier, Vice-President of International Development at PetalMD, will explain how Petal Scheduling, the solution developed by PetalMD, is addressing the challenges faced by the [33rd best hospital in France](http://www.chicreteil.fr/actualites-134/le-chic-33eme-meilleur-hopital-de-france.html?cHash=07fabe377a06691908a0bd66f0112311) in managing its physicians' schedules. The presentation will be given at the Agora of Health-IT Expo (HIT) on Tuesday, May 21, at 9:15 a.m.   **Some of the challenges faced by the CHI de Créteil** - Increasing complexity of schedules due to the growth of some of its departments - Difficulty in ensuring conformity between physicians' schedules and actual work performed - Difficulty in optimally allocating medical services when preparing schedules   This will be the second time this spring that a satisfied hospital manager will share their experiences with PetalMD solutions at a medical convention in Europe.
