Over 90% of our employees are satisfied with the way in which we contribute to the community.  More than $13,000 was donated to Centraide in the past year. These donations were collected through various fundraising activities with our employees. Among other things, we organized a gift draw among donors and donated an additional amount for each employee contribution. A great way to raise money that benefits everyone! We are proud to be able to contribute to the mission of Centraide: to fight against poverty and social exclusion. This is a cause that is particularly close to our hearts and deserves to be promoted.     ## **How do our employees contribute to the community? ** In addition to the partnership with Centraide, all Petal employees have one paid day off per year to volunteer for the cause of their choice. The possibilities are numerous: Christmas baskets, fundraising, special events and more!  It's an opportunity to give back while encouraging employees to get involved in a cause: "*It was important for us to include employer-paid volunteering in our list of benefits.
