How to Win the PetalMD Innovative Health Facility Award?
If your public health organization has successfully deployed a technological solution between 2015 and 2019 to improve its internal processes and is located in the province of Quebec; then you are eligible for the "Prix Établissement de santé novateur" (Innovative Health Facility Award). This is a unique opportunity to highlight and showcase the achievements and technological initiatives of your team. You could inspire other institutions to share PetalMD’s mission which is to improve the efficiency of the health system.

- Enter the contact information for the health facility and the person submitting the application.
- Explain the reasons that motivated your organization to adopt a technological solution by briefly describing the solution used.
- Describe how the technological solution deployed is innovative and how it has helped to meet your challenges.
The E-Health Solution of the Year Award from PetalMD
As a health technology leader, PetalMD will also present a prize to a professional or company that has developed a technological solution for health organizations. The "Prix Solution e-health de l'année" (E-Health Solution of the Year Award) will highlight the creation of an innovative technology marketed between 2015 and 2019, adopted by several health organizations and generating measurable and demonstrable efficiency gains. The Gala des Prix TI en santé et services sociaux is part of the "Colloque Informatique Santé" (Health Informatics Colloquium), an event organized by Le Point de santé et de services sociaux to promote best practices in the deployment of technological projects in the health and social services network of Quebec.
